Brazil is ranked number two of the countries most known for prostitution and sex trafficking. Recife is one of the most popular sex-tourism cities in the world. Prostitution in Brazil is not a crime; however, it is also not regulated so women continue to live in terrible conditions. One of our dreams is to see the end of prostitution in Brazil during our lifetime. 

Weekly, we head out to the red light district to meet these men and women right where they are. Initially, we may only have a chance to get in a few words so we share what we feel the Lord is telling us about them. Often, these words unlock their hearts for a longer conversation. We build relationships with them outside of their work through constant communication and coffee and acai dates. Those that are willing become part of a discipleship relationship with someone from our team. We also have banquets and coffee breaks where we invite these women to be lavished upon by our Father God. We have seen many women choose to leave prostitution through the pouring out of our Father’s love upon them.
